All mushrooms are magic. The mushrooms we grow contain no toxins or psychoactive substances.
How do I cook these mushrooms?
A very simple start is to just sauté your mushrooms with your choice of butter / oil with a favorite herb. You can then go on to make your favorite Risotto, Pasta or even sauces (always start simple.)
Are these mushrooms going to kill me?
No!
Do these mushrooms contain any health benefits?
Can I freeze these mushrooms?
You Can NOT freeze fresh mushrooms BUT if you lightly cook them, they will freeze for a later date (3mth in freezer only)
