Oyster Mushroom Chips – A Savory, Plant-Based Delight

Oyster Mushroom Chips are the next-gen plant-based snack you didn’t know you needed. Light, crisp, and bursting with flavor, these chips are handmade from real oyster mushrooms grown with care on our farm in Broadford, Victoria.

Unlike anything you’ve tried before, they offer the crunch of a prawn cracker or pork rind, with the clean ingredient list of a whole-food snack. They’re fried in rice bran oil — no vegetable oils, no nasties — and seasoned with a signature blend of sea salt and aromatic herbs and spices. For those who love a little kick, the spicy version adds cayenne pepper for extra warmth.

What Makes These Chips So Unique?

Our Oyster Mushroom Chips are made from just a few whole-food ingredients: fresh oyster mushrooms, tapioca, sea salt, herbs and spices. That’s it. No preservatives. No artificial flavorings.

We lightly fry our chips in Rice Bran oilnot industrial seed oils—for better stability and neutral flavor.  Unlike typical seed oils, rice bran oil is derived from whole grains and naturally rich in antioxidants like oryzanol.”

Whether you’re into clean snacking or just want something new and crave-worthy, these chips hit the spot.

Loved by Mushroom Fans — and Skeptics!

Believe it or not, these chips have won over even the most mushroom-averse snackers. People who claim to hate mushrooms regularly fall in love with the umami-packed crunch of these chips. Meanwhile, mushroom lovers are obsessed with the rich, earthy flavor and handcrafted quality.

We’ve sampled these at markets and events — and the feedback is nearly universal: unexpectedly delicious, seriously addictive, and totally moreish.

Customer Reviews & FAQs

Q: What’s the texture like?
Light and airy, similar to a prawn cracker or pork rind

Q: Do they taste like mushrooms?
Not in the way you’d expect. Even mushroom skeptics love them for their savory, slightly nutty flavor.

Q: How hot are the Spicy chips?
We here at Divine Mushrooms are Chilli Heads and we would rate these at a 5-6/10 heat level. They’re seasoned with cayenne pepper which is a medium heat level chilli so they won’t melt your face but to the uninitiated it may feel like it. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!
